Theses plans are the family plan, or the group plan. Although they may sound very similar there is a main difference between the two. Family plans cover all members in your family and the group plans is an option that is selected by employers in order to provide coverage options for their workers. Each provide benefits to a group of people, however they differ in the selection and implementation.
